				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The West Region of the Association of State Dam Safety Officials is hosting the 2013 West Regional Conference and Technical Seminars, to be held May 6-10 in Seattle, Washington. The conference will include an Exhibit Show and one full day of technical presentations. The presentations will focus on issues of importance to dam owners, government officials and engineers in the western states. Conference attendees will have the opportunity to register for either of these specialty training courses in addition to the conference &amp; exhibit show.</p>
